Our Process

Initial Phone Call

We’ll conduct an initial phone call or an in person meeting to properly understand your requirements and assess the scope of work.

Site Visit

Next, we arrange a site visit to properly understand the space’s dimensions and to better understand your vision. The site visit will allow us to effectively assimilate the project requirements for accurate cost quoting.

Contract Agreement

This stage involves agreeing on the deliverables via a signed contract. Once the security deposit is made, we move on to the next stage.

Quotation Submission

We then submit a minimum of two quotations that include a detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from different contractors. Our quotation also includes a price comparison sheet that displays our service recommendations.

Price & Service recommendations

We always ensure the utmost transparency in regards to our pricing, timeframe and services rendered in our quotation.

Payment Schedule

We then prepare and submit a tailored payment schedule, along with a schedule of the work.

Project Completion

After the work is completed, we issue a Certificate of completion for all the agreed deliverables.

Maintenance Contracts

To ensure the best post-completion service, we then introduce maintenance contracts to ensure a long term reliability plan for your recently completed project. This service is especially important for those who have buy to let properties
